if it sounds too good to be true, especially in Mariah's case, when singing live, then it probably is. concerning this performance, when you couple MARIAH's hand movements, and facial expressions, along with the slight imperfections you hear throughout the performance, you know that it was truly live. when it's just too perfect, and flawless, that's usually when she's lip-synching.

The band started to sound VERY messy around 2:50 until the end. The tempo started getting off. But she missed notes through the verses, but then she started sounding kinda other-worldly at the end...that causes some suspicions for me, but she's still fantastic.
