That's Beachy Head, where the South Downs meet the sea in East Sussex. The cliffs of Dover are where the North Downs reach the sea in Kent, about 40-50 miles further east. The North and South Downs are part of the same chalk layer which was pushed up to create part of what is now south-east England. Erosion separated them into two ranges of chalk hills. Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters are more picturesque, but the cliffs of Dover have an iconic hold for the returning (and departing) traveller.
