  • Tip to anyone thinking of joining.go to your nearest reserve units and talk to people there about the military.Talk to new recruits, privates, guys that say the good & bad. They will tell you what its like.I talked to people who have been deployed to the middle east,it will give you a clear idea of what the military is like.Or, if you can, spend some time watching reservist's train.Dont sign the papers unless you are 100% ready to join.

  • the CF made a new BMQ video by the way

  • i am looking join the forces and i want to know if i should join the reserves first and what the difference is

  • i never see any asian canadians in these videos, starting to wonder whether i'd fit in being part asian part canadian

  • @Jordan96CND ive seen asians in multiple videos. i wouldn't worry about fitting in. im sure the army is quite a brotherhood

  • 240p. BLA!

  • BMQ July 4th! Fuck Yeah!

  • im going to bmq jully 11th looking forward to it

  • I wish I was more courageous and strong, I'd join.

  • I hope they teach me how to make my bed, cause my mom does that shit :\

  • i like what the guy said at the end about doesn't matter how big you are how physically fit you are anybody can do it as long as you put your heart and mind to it and no matter how hard it gets dont quit

  • cant wait till i turn 16

  • I'm a grade 12 student and i want to join the reserve force, will the BMQ be the same for me and how long will it take me to complete it along school.

  • @nashman100 Reserve BMQ is not the same as Regular Force BMQ, I assume you will either do it on weekends for a short set of time or within a month at base. But you wont normally participate in the 13 week program.

  • @AmbientDisplay Reserve BMQ and Reg force BMQ is pretty much the same thing, BMQ (Land) is slightly different because Reg force fires the Carl G and mortars I think?, on my BMQ (Land) we didn't even get to shoot the M72 because of budget cuts and we didn't learn: hand to hand combat, rappelling or urban ops stuff. But ya the BMQ is the same just the BMQ (Land) is different.

  • @AmbientDisplay Its The Same Its Different After BMQ

  • does anyone know if they are accepting applicants for infantry right now?

  • @CFhopful

not right now, but according to my friend in the army they are opening it back up within the next couple of months

  • Hmmm... Taliban don't waste time with drills, special forces minimal drills.

drills don't produce better, or smarter, more moral, soldiers.

why waste the time, money, which could be better spent?

  • Comment removed

  • @bobisnohere1 u not in the forces are u? drill improves discipline joining the army is all about discipline how do u expect soldiers to fight without discipline, and yes they do produce better troops, trust me im in the forces

  • @bobisnohere1 hmm drill is originaly battle drill and drill also today includes weapons drill like loading and unloading or snapshopoting drill, also specops are drilled to hell and back b4 being accepted as spec-ops marines do drill seals sas are soldiers a long time b4 ever even considered to be spec ops jtf csor cansofcom etc dont take reqruits to be spec ops they have too learn how to be soldiers first marines have the best drill teams on the planet rangers do more cerimonies then most units

  • @wepntech

shining your boot to "mil standards", ensuring hair growth, shaving, marching, fingernail growth, pseudo-hygeine, uniforms tidyness to obssesed amounts don't seem to have anything to do or reflect with integrity, morales, fighting ability, wisdom, discernment, and overall efectivness and the quality of a soldier.

When i was with the xxxScots, section commanders were either drunk or high on hash too often, had almost zero self control with language, violence, temper tantrums, porn

  • @bobisnohere1

and were sleeping with most of the section female recruits, taking turns.

These were certainly not a disciplined individuals but rather persons who clearly lacked self control and discipline, and probably would not be able to maintain a relation with even their spouse, if they had one.

Further i think the Rambo mentality along with hyper control freaks are the predomoninant traits i have seen not the exceptions.

  • @bobisnohere1 1. proper dress of the uniform and drill is good for civilian ceremonies and improves overall morale of the troops and respect from civies military is government funded and a representation of the country as a whole, yer xxxscots sct cdr sound like typical punks not fit too be called soldier (by the way wtf is xxxscots) and good hygeine can prevent spread of infection in combat not too mention desease more armies and nations have bean destroyd by pestalents in history then any.....

  • @wepntech

Extremist pedantic rules imputed to "build" discipline? Skills, developed by checking how well your sheets are folded does not have anything realistically to do with hygene, health, or ability to help the opressed, dying, hungry or how well you can execute plans, think objectively or have wisdom in difficult situaltions etc...

As for your abiltiy to converse without even swearing does exemplify your lack of self control, morality etc..

  • @bobisnohere1 and once agin agin yer simply ignoring most of the comments i made and repeating dat u hate da rules and dont wanna dress properly or be disciplined so im not gonna repeat it agin its pretty much all ther in the other 3 or 4 comments if u dont get it join up and get yer ass trade qualified at least then deployed into combat or maybe u could just go do some martial arts training in a good dojo or dojang spartan martial arts is a good group and thers plenty more

  • @wepntech

Yes maybe reserves personnel have different maturity than full time forces.

  • @bobisnohere1 and they appearently dont learn how to give drill or battle commands either i had a corporal who was a reservist and gave drill command and so on like he was ordering a pizza from bed with cotton in his mouth the matureity is no different just reservists tend to be more washed up foolish and dont have full time work to do or do multiple jobs including get paid to play soldier on the weekend some actualy do deserve the uniform but lots dont and enlisting and bein soldier big diff.

  • @wepntech even the reg force has shit pumps

  • @HorseSoldier566 tell me something i dont know. i was a reg force wpntech till honorable release nearly 3 years ago now im conciderin goin back in as navy hull tech or somethin but any ways shit pumps are pretty much uniform throughout all militarys just look at the whole private pile thing and how many americans have similar behaviour no offence to any same goes for canadians german russian wtvr all nations have idiots some more then others like the middle east using child soldiers/suicideboms.

  • @bobisnohere1 ...next if u cant dress prperly or bandage a wound or remember your weapons drill or even march because yer so full of rashes and desease how the hell do you expect too able too fight effectavly i challenge you to not clean yerself for a week and dress yerself half assed probly in some "gangsta outfit u copied off a movie" run or walk at least 5 or 6 kilometers (130 paces average for 100 meters) and then try too think clearly enuff too fight or i dunno dig a trench in 3 minutes....

  • @bobisnohere1 oh also yer xxxscots cdrs should have been reported charged and dishonorably discharged asuming yer tellin the truth or at least sent to military prison, drill builds morale as in pride and confidence also comparing soldiers too taliban.....oi im not even gonna touch that.......average 75/4/3 kills/allied wounded/allied casualties last time i checked and that was while we were taking casualties one right after the other dont go talkin shit oh, clearify yer mil service please

  • haha i wanted to blow shit up lmao man cant wait till next year

  • @Blazethebest3 yeah blowing shit the fuc up hell yeah dude!

  • I really wan to join (im 15) but worried that i am not strong enough or that I'll end up in a french platoon and not an english one ( i want english)

  • @AlaskanSquerl dud thats fucking awesome im 15 to yo and in 6 months when im 16 i plan on joining the army reserve then once im done hs ill go inot the reg force and that french comment is howls

  • @AlaskanSquerl Train. Train. TRAIN! Look into the minimal requirements for the CF for Push Ups/Sit Ups/Chin Ups/Runs and use that as a starting point. Eventually, as you naturally progress, you will develop strength(obviously). It's all determination though. Nothing is ever easy, but if you go into training prepared for any outcome, you'll flourish without a doubt.

  • Comment removed

  • @AlaskanSquerl request english on everything when ya join and start training now 19 pushups 19 situps level six on the shuttle run and 7 chinups now optional i think check it out i recomend scotthermanfitness hes on youtube facebook etc.. great pt vids oh and i think it somethin like 30 lbs for grip strength not sure any more though ex pvt vaters 980 wepntech land 00130 at yer service

  • PL 0111A Best time of my life!

  • Honestly Canada doesn't need an army or police xD

    There so peaceful!

  • @Crucifur010 thats exactly why we DO NEED a military - -is to maintain the peace here...freedom is never free

  • beind in the army cadets helped a shit load!!!

  • Looks like they put all the racist Canadians together in one box, look at them do they look like they represent a multicultural & a diverse society? what happen to equal opportunity ? willing to defend Canada is fine but why get involved in something America started by created enemies, why mark Canada for US? especially when you have citizens that are subjected by America, even on our soil, sure for now you get to enjoy what ever US forces dish at you but for the long run it works against Canada

  • @FukUSborder

    shut up you lil baby

  • @FukUSborderAgents

First off my friend, I suggest you compare the history of Canadian foreign policy in comparison to that of the United States. Canada has always tread its own path on the world stage, we have some parallels with the US, though they are few and far between. Just because the video just shows white individuals you assume immediately that they're racist? Nonsense. We invented Peacekeeping missions, and abstained from Vietnam, 2003 Iraq, Panama just to name a few.

  • JULY 10TH BMQ HOLY SHIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Can anyone that is in the Canadian Forces give me some insentive on joining the Army? I've been thinking about joining for the past 2 years as infantry but just need that little push.

  • @PaintedLed

    *Push*

  • HA i just finnished BMQ !!!, going in a month to newbrunswick to do SQ. and DP1

  • HAHA thats my type of women. "i want to blow stuff up" lol.

  • Thank god cadets is preparing me can't fuckin wait to serve!!!!!!!!!!! Ty so much for this video too

  • @lolermanche i know right ahah

  • farnham week 11 was BRUTAL

  • Pardon me everyone if a commentor named MrJJackYT shows up on this page please ignore his/her BS and disrespect. this commentor has been going to canadian forces video's and tributes to bash those who have honourably fought and died for us. please don't give them the satisfaction of provoking you. And if you can somehow remove or stop there comments from showing up on these heroes pages I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated by everyone. Thank you for yor time.

    -a grateful canadian citizen

  • @drfye lol kanadian forces makes me laugh. u crazy amerikans. ..

  • I want to join the army; but I'm afraid of getting my balls blown off.

    Is that wrong?

  • @amartinjoe like literelly sucked off till the last drop of seman? cause i know i give all the new fresh meat that join a nice licking when they're in their sleep. watch out sport

  • @amartinjoe

pretty normal, just try to watch where you walk!

  • @amartinjoe Yes... dont join a trade that uses explosives... often.

    ~Thanato

  • wow im excited in exactly 4 hours i have not only my interview for the army but my apptitude test and medical exam... i am stoked and very happy im getting it all done and over with in one day... going out for artillery couldent be more stoked on life then i am at this very momment

  • @euroboy6910 I start the 16th of april. I feel the same way. I can't describe in words how stoked I am. :]

  • cant wait to join

  • I noticed some thing interesting. The vast majority of CF i saw here was Caucasians. There was not one minority that spoke on camera. Whats going on here?

  • hah i know... there are only canadians literally. well obviously canadians but there was 1 black person on my bmq course, there was 2 russians, no asians. or indians, etc.. and one more european. me.

  • Maybe its that fact that the majority of people in Canada are Caucasians.

  • I recently watched multiple videos of the Chinese military, and ya know I did not see one person who wasn't Chinese.... Racist conspiracy maybe?! :0

  • Well, China is like 99.9% Chinese, so im not surprised. Canada how ever is a multiracial country, what I saying here is that the percentage of minority in Canadian society is very different from the percentage of minority in the Canadian military. There are like no minorities is the army.

  • Likely many of the minorities coming to Canada already have job experiance and stay within that field. Maybe they don't like the idea of fighting for a country they have only just come to? It's also difficult to get into the Cadian army (it took me 2 years of bureaucratic bullshit to get in.) There could be any number of reasons. Also I would guess that a person who's family has been Canadian for more generations may be more likley to fight for his/her country.

  • Canadian*

  • @95ellington join up and find out

  • i am 14 right now, what is the age requirment to get in to basic training in or around edmonton, alberta, i was also in army cadets for a year two years ago

  • You must be 16 for reserves and 17 for full time but I recomened that you finish high school first you have more trades and professions open to you though you need 15 ontario credits or equivlant before joining

  • @shortstuff5110 you have to be 16 to join reserves.

  • @ zazszdzfzgzhzjzkzlzx From what I understand you need a parental unit's permission to join the reserves at 16 and at 18 you don't need a parental unit's permission to join the reserves. It may have changed over the past few years, but I'm 90% sure. I'm not saying I'm fully correct because I could be incorrect with the age to join the reserves.

  • you have to be 16 minimum to get into the reserves you canot join the regualar force until you are 18 and you have to have all your grade 10 courses finished... also there is no BMQ done out of edmonton all BMQ is done out of St Jean QB but i belive travel exspenses are payed for by the military... if your looking to join befor your 18 your ganna need parental consent and you cant have any legal obligation, ( pending court dates, probabation) that sorta thing cheak out a recruting office tho

  • I'm 19, just graduating police foundations. Applying this week. God I love training, I wanna do this so bad

  • Is there a gym you can use there?

  • im in high school, im turning 16 soon, and i want to join the reserves this summer, will i be able to finish the basic training in summer, because i need to go back to school in september, i heard they were 25 days each, but then i heard someting about 12 weeks, so which is it to be in the reserves?? also, im athsmatic, would i be allowed in if its under control with my meds?

  • Reserves summer BMQ is only 4 weeks long, you could also do it over the weekends in the winter.

  • @jungleprimitive

if ur aborigina/ metis/ inuit u can go to either the Raven program (i went there its awsome) or Bold Eagle or Black bear and i also still go 2 school so ya u'll be back in time, these courses are 7 weeks long

  • but unfortunatly, i am not native, so i guess i will have to take it in the summer, but thanks for the replies both of u

  • reserves is 4 weeks long...for the reg force its 14 weeks

  • I'm not sure about your asthma, man. I've seen people who have it get in, and some not. It really depends how bad it is.

  • i live in montreal (cote st luc) if you know were that is.... were should i go valcartier or st jean

witch is closer and witch is better

  • A tip for all of u as well... DO LOTS OF CARDIO ... u will be like running 5 km on morning PT !!! O GOD My foot was going to blow up... dont think weight lifting is a good way to get though BMQ. REMEMBER TO DO PUSH UP, PULL UP (LOTS), AND SIT UPS.

I made a mistake on weight lifting and i was always running in da back on the section. Good thing your cardio improve really fast as well !!! BTW DONT QUIT NO MATTER WHAT K ... QUITING = ur dick will fall off ! Thats how i got through it lmao !

  • HOOAH, very well said, thanks for the tips man, much appreciated

  • lol, i partly joined cause i wanted to blow things up.lol

  • cant wait to go do it in february so i'll do something else after :P

  • A lot has changed since I went through those halls!

  • hahaha lmfao the chick i wanted to blow shit up

  • the swimming course is not a mandatory pass,

BMQ was the easiest thing ever! DP1 Infantry in Shilo...not so much

  • Courtsm3 im in the same position as u im joining infantry and i did all my stuff already just my infantry isnt till march aswell

  • I've wanted to join the army for quite some time...But I'm worried about the swimming course. I can't swim for my life. :S

  • Just train with a shark chasing you, then you'll swim like your life depend on it O_O

  • I'll just freak out even MORE. O_O

  • Hmmm then you're not right for the army :P

  • I know I'm right! I just don't know how to swim. D:

  • But Richard, why not take swimming lessons? Hmm yeah maybe that would be an idea :P

  • I've tried. I just CAN'T SWIM! xD

  • To be honest. If you can't do something it's more a mental thing! So stop thinking you can't do it and just do it! Anybody can swim, really, just move your arms and legs. Remember, it's a physical thing not mental. So stop thinking 'oh I can't do this, I can't swim, I can't!'. Think 'Yes, I can swim, Yes I can!'. Think like Nike 'just do it' or Obama 'Yes I can!' haha. If this doesn't work, I'm sorry, I've tried :D

  • They have swim instructores on the course and swimming lessons for those who need them. Just relax and listen to what they are saying and you will do it. I am a big guy and never thought I could run 5k but am fucking doing it every second day!

  • That's what I've tried to say. You tell Richard that :D

  • i dont see how so many people just never learn how to swim. its so popular in our everyday lives and its so easy too..

  • @mcstalker12 i never learnt :/

its always so hard to imagine something way different eh?

  • hahah no worries my piss will be clean, any dea on how long it takes for marijuana to get out of ur system, ya i blaze all the time but Ill give it up for the forces

  • i wanna do this so bad! I'm sick of sitting behind a computer all day.

  • me too man, I dont want to be stuck working construction I dont want to live a family life women drive me efffin nuts, the army is perfect for me im sick of civy life i need action and want to be someone not just another tax payer

  • omg finally finnished moving through my sq (its called "bmq land" now :()

  • i heard BMQ is gay as aids. friend of mine just went through it and graded from BIQ this past summer. he said just to fight through it , do your best but dont take things personally. the bullshit will be done soon enough so you can move on to better things ( MOC )

  • Yeah its a lot of shit...did mine two years ago and it's ballz. Lots of yelling and screaming just for the sake of yelling and screaming and not necessarily because you did anything wrong. Just remember Its not personal, they don't hate you (even though it may seem like it). Just play the game, do what your told, use common sense (especially in the field) and you'll do fine

  • no doubt. all my brothers have been throught st. jean as well as my dad. ive been given lots of advice lol. anyone else waiting until april for infantry?

  • @courtsm3 I'm leaving january 9th!! but I'm going to Borden, I'm pretty nervous but excited to!!

  • when did u apply and go for ur interview?? Just wondering how long it takes frfom the day I apply to the day i go to do the bmq

  • I applied in august..i should have left for december but they don't accept people in december.. so it took from august to january.. one piece of advice..when u go for your interview and medical..if you have ever been on any meds for depression or anything like that don't mention it.. my friend didn't get accepted because of it.. but believe me the government likes to take its time.. it wont be right away thats for sure

  • @420greenmarine it take a while buddy. when i applied i applied the month of may and didnt finish the recruit process till september and didnt get to basic till febuary.

  • @420greenmarine oh and an other thing, make sure your piss is clean, just saying since i saw your user account ahha

  • Nice, have fun in Borden. It grows on you...

  • your lucky, i want to leave asap but infantry isnt open until april 1. everything is done but my interview which is scheduled for the last week of march

  • Im going to be doing my BMQ in April however im not going into the Infantry im going to be a Boatswain.

  • Will be doing my bmq with the PWOR reserves then when I finish school I will joil the regular force I want to go infantry hopefully PPCLI

  • good luck! when you do basic training, do you have to go over seas and work, or can you just do bmq and then leave...and whats the difference from regular and reserve?

  • If you're reg force you may go overseas after a few years but if your res you don't have to go over if you don't want to. Don't join if you want to quit right after bmq it's a waste of your time and the army's (as well as a waste of money). If your reg you might not be able to quit anyway since you sign a contract (unlike in the reserves)

Reg is full time, reserves is part time (usually 1 night a week 1 weekend a month plus summer courses/taskings)

  • im going reserve then. so i dont have to do anything with the army after right? unless i want to? and is reserve training is diff from bmq or what? and is it all year round?

  • BMQ was so fuckin bullshit, the idiots scrwed up in our FOBS and the field was just a pain in the ass. only lik2 other things i liked and the rest was bullshit. Plus people get really gay in the platoons.

  • so everyone does basic training right? and then after the training you pick the job you want in the army and train on that specific job right? and i never took swimming lessons, but i've been to pool parties and the beach enough to know how to swim, will they teach and give exxtra help to swimmers who need it/ or do you have to take swimmiing lessons before basic training?

  • No you pick your job before you head to BMQ. After BMQ you go onto your MOC training (job training)

I've never been to St.Jean (did reserve BMQ) but I think they will give you extra help if you need it. If I were you I'd invest in swimming lessons before you go though.

  • oh ok...but you can only start at a cetain time of the year right? and st jean isn't military school is it? military school(highschool/college) is a totally different thing from bmq and moc right? and i know reserve is that we can have another job also...but isnt basic bmq less complicated as in papers and stuff?

  • Reg force BMQ runs year round. No St.Jean is not a military school (that's RMC) RMC is a university for officers. BMQ is totally different than MOC training. You'll have homework in basic but it shouldn't be anything too hard.

  • @SpidermansSymbiote

kinda weird how people don't know that, i have taken swimming lessons as a child, and am at least half decent at it, but on "Basic Up: Reloaded" one of the platoons had no one who could swim.

  • @DroGolfBulb yeah ist funny that its not a qualification

  • Best BMQ advice I can give is be a team player and just do your best ALL the time, that way when they chew you out your morale wont dropped too low. BMQ is all about psychological conditioning.

  • I just want the training! and OMG the bed sheets...that is Fuc*ing ridiculous!!

  • Hey Chex...

Just wondering what you brought for your BMQ training. Im not sure if I should just bring clothing and thats all..

  • Got my BMQ done at Wainwright with the Bold Eagle Program, best summer ever. The gas hut sucked though, the bunny suits are soo thick and hot, sucked running in them, CS gas was fun

Cant wait to go do my SQ next summer.

  • I just applied for Artillery Soldier [Field], and they were going to fast track me, Nov.4th is my CFAT (hoping it isnt to hard) but he said I would most likely get a medical and interview the same month but start first thing in January. Im extremely excited to get this thing rolling but im just training to get in shape now (5km walk with 60lb backpack in about 25mins so far).. hoping to increase the time within the next month to under 20mins. Any tips on the CFAT test?

  • arty and armour are close now. im not on a waiting list so to speak. basically if people drop out or fail they will call me. sorry to break the news to you, but you will be waiting as well. i was probably two weeks to late

  • im being fast tracked right now. applied end of august, phoned me sept 20th , went in for my CFAT oct 13th , ended up doing my medical the sameday ( unscheduled ) and oct 20th im doing my interview, then they are sending the paperwork the sameday and told me i could get a reply in less than 2 weeks. they want me gone before december!!! anyone else going armor?? they will do the same to you as they are to me right now

  • hahahhaha...that vid is the watered down dream of bmq........BMQ suks balls but its good after yu have completed it..i remeber gettind jacked up/ chewed up for everything...lol..hahahahhah.

  • do they still chew u after bmq, like on advanced trainin and while doin ur thing on base?

  • not so much but i was in a hell platoon during bmq bunch of fucken shit pumps so we were shit on everyday

  • quelqun rentre le 9 novembre comme moi?!?!

  • Wait so did someone said that u never get deployed if u don't want when u r in the reserve????

  • in reserves you have a choice, if you want work they send for general duties after BMQ. in Reg force they make you do whatever they want, hence "reg force".

and this training is nothing, depends on your instructor everyone says this was fun and you get 4000 for it in canada

  • what do you mean is better thunder?

  • well i mean

once u get off that bus and arive at the marine corps depot(marine training centre) they are already at ur face yelling

the whole dicipline is very strict and mentally intense while our training isnt from wat it looks like in very video.

    i wanna become a war machine :(

  • oh okay i see but actually the Canadians are BETTER trained then marines and train for longer they equal up to the average US Army Ranger who are better then Marines you see Marines are very overglorified not that great they think they are thoe and hey i love the Marines so i know man

  • I did a co-op program for it... Basically you do school work once a week but also live on base for a number of weeks... It was 50 times harder than what this video percives it as... It was about on par with the marine type stress but as you get to the end your instructors are more proud of you and give you respect.

  • Thats because this is just to get in ;) ... its a qualification round. When you get through if you want to be infantry its much much more intense.

  • remember this is Army, Navy and Air Force recruits. in the states its different. they have navy , marine , air force and army recruit stations. i would say navy and air force recruit schools in the states are soft compared to our BMQ. i even believe US navy and Air Force dont even fire rifles in basic

  • This doesn't show everything that goes on during BMQ. This vid show the 'soft' side of BMQ to get people into the Army. We've shown that a firm but fair approach produces better soldiers than being up in their faces screaming all day.

Like someone else said, we're trained to be equal to (or better than) the US Marines, but we aren't as well trained as the US Army Rangers. Not even close.

  • Eat one Bud! Rangers are special forces are special forces are just as good as Rangers.

  • americans also die a lot more. bmq sucks balls i just finished and it was fucking shit.

  • infantry was my first choice but i understand its closed so i will get my second choice, armor. they actually called me today but i missed the call because i was working. just need to find some time to get off work to go in.

    thanks for the reply

  • same thing happened to me, well i didnt miss the call, but i wanted infantry and got put in armour.

  • see i dont want them to force me into armor , BUT my brother was armor in edmonton with the lord strath's and he said i can transfer later on im my career. but i would rather get infantry first

  • im nervous about this but I got nothing to lose and everything to gain so let those instructors do their worst against me and the platoon

  • i go on the 5th!!! its gonna be great. Just one question: what would be a decent amount of push ups needed for fitness testing the first week your there? i've heard answers ranging from 20 to 40. Any help would be great.

P.S. The best sailors come from the praries.

  • more like 100 ish

  • Do slow pushups dont bother with speed they do a lot of intense conditioning so your joints will be used to the motions such as holding a pushup half down or all the way down but not with your chest touching the ground.

  • October 12th, and I'll be there! Can't waitttttttt!!!!!

  • Is BMQ for a reserve recruit also 13 weeks?

  • how long does it take to go here boys, im going to fill out application tmmrw! Navy or Army?

  • all my paperwork is done !! just need to the start with my medical, interview and a-test. some of you guys starting in the coming weeks, how long did your process take??? from start to finish. thanks

  • for me, i went for my interview in augest, then weeks later my medical, and soon i get sworn in on the 1st of oct then start bmq 19th of oct. So chances are they are gonna fast track ya, what trade and deployment?

  • i get swarn in on the 15th

  • I start on OCT 26 Cant wait!!!!!!

  • sept 13th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • just watching this excites me more...lol i cant wait dude CF !!! hooooah!

  • I have a quick question for anyone in the forces that is reading this. I'm leaving for my BMQ on Sept 22 and I am just wondering if we are allowed to bring an everyday carry knife (just a folding knife with a 3" blade) of any kind. I can see myself using it a lot on field exercises etc, but I don't want to bring a knife and get scolded for it.
