  • Oh this pie is just lovely!!!

  • fish pie is yummy

  • You started talking about not needing knife skills then you need to finely chop parsley?

  • Thank you so much for this Jamie! I was one night wondering what to eat and all I had was fish and a few vegetables but im not a fan of fish at all but I gave this a go anyway and it turned out fucking beautiful!! Defo a new thing im going to do regually now :)

  • No sauce?

  • @HipstermcFunk yeah, for 6-8 people...cheese is healthy in moderation, and divided by 6 thats really not much cheese at all....are you planning on eating 6 serves? If so, I dont think the recipe is what's unhealthy, I think you are.

  • Healthy? Theres a full fucking block of cheese in that!

  • great dish,thanks

  • Does the cheese really work though?? Looks a bit gummy sticks to the top of your mouth?? I'll try it though gives me a chance to test out my grater attachment on my food processor lol

  • yes!

  • That looks ridiculously yummy. Gotta love Jamie

  • did he say healthy ? thats not healthy at all... sounds yummy tho

  • the grater is a good idea especially for onions if you don't like the texture of onion much and don't have the knife skills to cut it small like a pro.

  • The potato thing is a romanian food too. xD We put some milk in it too.

  • Act some small nacho chips on top for a good toppings and it well look so artys

  • i LOVE Jamie...

  • I made this and ate it about 2 hours ago, possibly the best dish I have ever made, i used leeks rather than celery for additional taste. I was going to put a thin layer of cheddar over the top but i ran out. I added some dill as it complements fish very well, my family loved it and they were very impressed.

  • am goin to try this looks well better an easy er then the normal way :)

  • bravo jamie very good really

  • A shame you burnt it Jamie look at all

    those black bits of potato!

    good recipe though

  • I'm mr mouse and I like cheese.

  • Tried this fab recipe for the first time last night.Result..5 massive portions in a huge Pyrex Casserole..and worth every penny! King Prawns,Smoked Cod,Squid Rings,Cod,KerrsPinkSpuds,NZ Chedd used in greater amounts.Stay flexible!..My little Valor50GasOven needs 5 mins at TOPHEAT to give the dish an initial boost then 50 mins at GasMark6(200c)turning the dish halfway through. The tasty result would make yer shirtbuttons pop.Keep Up the good work,Jamie!!!

  • Do you pre-cook prawns then add to dish?
