  • stopped watching after 15 seconds. Shit form of doing dumbbells. Arms are too weak for 22.5kg. Get down to 12.5kg, maxmimum 15 by observing your form, stand like a tree, elbows close to your sides and do SLOW MOTION curls instead of that throwing around using back, chest, abs and shoulders whch you are doing now. Another proof of what I am saying is that your arms are way too small for handling 22.5kgs, however, good chest there, do the right thing and don't be stupid with the weights
