@crossfitfleming Good eye!! :) Yes, seasoned rice vinigar is essentially the same thing that I made there. I was actually using a reused bottle that just had plain rice vinegar in it. I have used both and I actually do prefer to make it myself because it is easier to control the consistency, and also easier to steer towards the sweet or salty taste. It looks to me as if you're already using a seasoned vinegar?
Do you have to season it since you're already using pre-seasoned rice vinegar with sugar and salt already in it?
