1) Make sure you have AppSync installed (the correct version)

2) The IPA you are trying to install is either incomplete (not the full file), or it's not .ipa format (a .rar archive etc.)

192.168.1.100 is a private IP address, you don't need to worry about publishing.

there is really no point of covering your "ip address" because that's just your router's private ip address, that's not the one you use for online surfing (called public ip address) and btw, the annotations can be removed @ 6:17. so no point. thanks for the video....
