This guy was undoubtedly  a MUCH better player than I ever was, but I actually prefer his FIRST deceptive cross-court stroke to his SECOND. The lowering of the arm actually detracts from the deception of the shot. It's a signal to the opponent to wait on the shot.

Actually it's the Chinese that are soo good in badminton out of the the far eastern countries Japanese players are behind China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea in terms of success in Badminton : )
