It's definitely NOT Oasis' best album, but I do think it's their most interesting album for 3 reasons. 1 - It debuted Liam's first official Oasis song. 2 - It was the first album in which Noel sat down with a blank slate. As you probably well know, he had the first 3 albums written entirely before they even recorded DM. 3 - Roll it Over, the closing track, is absolutely one of their most inventive songs, and one of the best displays of Liam's voice in their entire catalog.
