these racks are pretty much routine racks for these guys..not much spectacular in it...not really deserving to be in the "list".....Efren Reyes have done way too many impossible racks than all these.....
i always found snooker a bit more interesting. its not as simple as US 8ball where you just have to hit yours and avoid 8 ball but snooker you need to hit red than pick a colour and than red :V really liked playing snooker a few years back. need to save money for a snooker table myself so i can play it a couple times a week with friends ^_^

Also love the way he gets the 6 off the cushion at 7:44 - giving himself the best possible chance, safety valve included. Nice videos, albeit only rarely a true "best shot" collection (= the title is misleading, nothing wrong with the collection itself).

i play english 8ball..yes i guess you could argue the pockets arent big, but the angle of the knuckes are huge.
any ball played down the rail that nudges the cushion a few inches before the pocket would still drop, even with alot of pace.... i dont believe its a hard game to perfect and doesnt require any where near the amount of skill you need to play other forms of pool.

This is what good pool is. The fancy trick shots made in desperation are good, but they're generally only necessary when a player messes up and puts the ball in the wrong place, or is left with it in a bad place. That these guys are running the table with control and composure, that's what makes them good.

YEs, its was he is supposed to do. BUT, look at the first shoot. He use the 8-ball to stop the white as he is in the wrong angle to have the white near the 2-ball. Then he use 4-ball to break up the 9-6 cluster. Ends up short for the 8-ball and have to bank it, WITH the white in good position for the 9-ball. So it is well played.

Namely: From 1 to 2-bad shape, cue ball on the rail, leading him to cheat the pocket to play shape on the 3, almost missing the 2-ball. From 3 to 4 -good shot.He played that shape because he needed to break the 6-9 cluster. The breakout shot was a good shot. On the 5 ball that was his only shot , because he was straight on the rail. 6 to the 7 was a poor shot. He fails to get an angle and leave himself a long shot.
Probably a hard draw shot bringing the cueball in the center of the table would be the better choice here, because you' ll get a direct shot on the 8, and you dont risk running into the 9-ball. As I'm sure you've noticed(hmm...) even if the 9 bal was not in the CB way, he would still miss the shape on the 8, because the shot was too soft(or with not enough inside english).

YEs, its was he is supposed to do. BUT, look at the first shoot. He use the 8-ball to stop the white as he is in the wrong angle to have the white near the 2-ball. Then he use 4-ball to break up the 9-6 cluster. Ends up short for the 8-ball and have to bank it, WITH the white in good position for the 9-ball. So it is well played.

What a fuckin terrible shot on the 5 and poor position on the 6 in the 1st rack of this clip. Why not follow to the foot rail & back up for the 6 after the 5 instead of leaving that dumb long cut shot on the 6 coming off the side rail from the 5? Or he could have played the side rail after the 5 but played it as a 3 cushion shot to the 6. Going to the foot rail, opposite side rail & back up for position on the 6.

Its one thing to point a countries in ability to accept others point of views, but to sit there and do it yourself is completely hypocritical. Have you ever thought that Billiards is played differently throughout the world just like many other games. jgm, you're wrong. He had mediocre/bad shape on almost every shot, culminating with a bank on the 8-ball. Every good 9-ball player knows this is bad. (I'm talking about the first guy in the video).

Child? You're 22 "playa". And pool wise I actually know what I'm talking about. Namely: From 1 to 2-bad shape, cue ball on the rail, leading him to cheat the pocket to play shape on the 3, almost missing the 2-ball. From 3 to 4 -good shot.He played that shape because he needed to break the 6-9 cluster. The breakout shot was a good shot. On the 5 ball that was his only shot , because he was straight on the rail. 6 to the 7 was a poor shot. He fails to get an angle and leave himself a long shot.

Probably a hard draw shot bringing the cueball in the center of the table would be the better choice here, because you' ll get a direct shot on the 8, and you dont risk running into the 9-ball. As I'm sure you've noticed(hmm...) even if the 9 bal was not in the CB way, he would still miss the shape on the 8, because the shot was too soft(or with not enough inside english).

people play to their strengths. just because someone sets up a long shot doesnt mean they "messed up" it could be that they are actually better at it. Besides, Im better at cutting a ball nearly 90 deg. from across the table than I am 2 feet away. dont know why, its just not my strength, though that doesnt mean I can play well in tight scatters. Im not gonna sit here and waste my time talking to a screw head about pool. have a nice life, Im done, Ive got a life to live. Fag
