Blizzard of Oz was released September of 80 in the UK and March of 81 in the US, and this song was on that album. My guess would be this was probably taped during the tour, which would place it squarely in either late 80 or during 81. By 82, they would have been probably performing things from Diary of a Madman on the TV circuit.
