  • I have fat fingers, easiest way I've found to play this chord clean is to bar the three strings. With practice, you don't deaden the high E string. Angle your finger down slightly toward the nut. Works for me.

  • Much help!

  • I think from A cord u strum from 3rd string down. From D cord 4th string down and for E 6th string down O.o

  • @amused2deathh how about you do a video series on guitar? you made that click for me!! I DID IT! thank you!

  • @amused2deathh You know, as crazy as it sounds.. the way you wrote it makes perfect sense.. it just clicked for me. Could you describe the easiest or proper way to play D and E chords?

  • @amused2deathh wth, so he doesnt knw what hes talkin abwt? OMG, and i was practicin as well hahaha

  • I hate this chord fingers are 2 big 2 fit all three in one fret on each string arggh

  • when i put my first finger on the 4th string it always buzzes!!! can anyone help?

  • @amused2deathh Thanks

  • @amused2deathh thx for that!!

  • Thanks man. I just bought a guitar yesterday and my guitar books' pictures showing the different ways 2 play this cord r confusing. Now I know how 2 play it properly. U have been a HUGE help. :)

  • are you supose to strum all 6 strings?

  • @amused2deathh and then strum all the strings? or the 4 bottom strings?

  • Thanks!

  • @amused2deathh thnx

  • If I wanted to watch commercials... I'd watch TV.

  • @amused2deathh well...shit tht helps

  • my fingers have guitar marks on them now, when will they form calluses????!!! :(

  • @MsRosielani never you will have open sores forever and you will die from infecton.

  • @MsRosielani they'll start to form after you play for about a month or so

  • @amused2deathh that makes more sense :)

  • expert my ass he wont no ,cant, still not right , refuses to read the title it says beginner einstien

  • when i do the a chord, i put my pointer finger on the 4th string, my middle finger on the 3rd string, and my ring finger on the second string. So basically im putting my fingers backwards. Is that bad? Will it make a different sound? :)

  • @jen41211 nah thts what amused2deathh was sayin how to do it. thats how i do it 2 :D it still sounds great. its harder for me to do it the way the guy in the video was explainin.

  • ok, good beginners if you google = guitar manual blog and see first result, thanks good luck and good videos

  • you should go teach mentally retarded people not people that use youtube

  • 'begginers'

  • @amused2deathh There isn't a 'correct' way to hold the strings, as long as they sound the same. Your way is just the traditional way, but hardly the only way.

  • @amused2deathh some expert

  • cant someone just make a video where they show all the chordds in existance, i keep seeing vids where they show you three chords and thats it! im getting frustrated

  • what the fuck tuning are you using?

  • ur cords are fucked up, thanks 4 confusing tha fuk out of me

  • thnx dude u just taught me twit and shout lol

  • Can't hear :|

  • wow now i have an acorn :p

  • whats the use of chord? i cant see any songs being played following these chords

  • @yutubecop

"John Mayor - Heartbreak Warfare" is played in that chord. Just to bring an example.

  • @chioved IN that chord? whatchu talkin' bout willis?

  • @ VilleSkateKrewRep

yeah, like you say "pachelbel - Canon in D", because it's played in a D chord.

  • wow theres a totally easier way. instead putting your ring finger on the 4th string put your index their then your middle then your ring. basically do it backwards.

  • Thanks u are a big help

  • chords r boring

  • Yeah, chords aren't hard. But i have no idea how to do this one with your index finger as a bar. like doing it fifth fret or something. Cause i cant make my ring finger push flat against the fretboard over those three strings, without cutting off the high e string.

  • I think you just have to have to right hand size, as weird as that sounds. My finger fits just right so that if I bend it at it's first bend, it won't cut off the e string.

  • Ahh k, aw well. All opinions on that help i guess.. i had/have no idea why they dont work for me, so i just hold a bar and fret the um.. G and B strings [the fourth and fifth strings.. i think its G/B haha] cause it gives a similar sound. sort of like a power chord shape, but a few strings down from the normal power chord area... hope that made sense. I'm pretty dodgy at explaining guitar in text. haha

  • @VilleSkateKrewRep y kno wat this guy is teaching crap.. learn some tabs... as for A chord the corrrect way of playin it is to place the index finger at the 5th string, middle finger on the 4th and ring on the 3rd.. same thing... easier and more correct

  • @ituber09 Man, i can play them without a bar. I just cant play them if they're at like 7th fret or anything. Its alright, i've worked out a cheat way of doing it haha.. a lot easier to get a clean sound. A lot easier to shape the chord without having your fingers bent weird.

  • Thats an Esus4 chord.

  • is tht a Ventura?

  • thanx really good just saying i placemy index thinger on the 4th string, middle finger on 3rd string and ring finger on 2n string i find it alot less cramped cause you can kind of twist your hand :D

  • JaJa

  • i few friends and myself are trying to start a band and your lessons really helped! thanks for everything!! :D
