Best wishes to jaycee and her daughters. Jaycee is a true American hero for loving her daughters despite the fact their father is her kidnapper. She is true survivor.
Aw, I'm so glad she's free now! I don't even know if the people who hurt her will ever wake up and be healed from their sickness. We love you Jaycee, so glad your finally back with your Mama again!-3
She's put on some weight since this clip was made (compare Diane Sawyer interview). Probably enjoying some real food for a change (the Garridos strike me as the types who eat out a can.) Still a lovely woman, though.
@telephilia you're stupid. just b/c she ate out of a can doesn't mean that the garridos ate out of a can. they had homecooked meals while jaycee had junk food. you must be in elementary school
Best of luck with recovery... I know she probably doesn't read these comments, but this is a case I've followed for years and I'm so glad she is safe. I grew up in Northern California just a short ways from her home, and remember hearing all about the abduction, she and I are the same age. I can't imagine what it must have been like all those years, but the fact that she can still smile is proof enough that she is strong. Much love to her and her daughters. I wish the family lots of prosperity.

There are just no words. I bought her book and her story just kills me. What a beautiful, strong person. Nobody deserves what she was put through.
