For the non English speakers, just a tip. I had a big problem with pronunciation years ago and I would not be understood at all. It took me many years to figure out what most of my problem was and that was not knowing how to break words into syllabus. They don't teach that on ESL classes or not enough. I conquered 80% of my pronunciation problems by mastering its rules. Use Firefox browser , not internet explorer and add the "Dictionary Tooltip" addon to it afterwards. Very helpful too.
