The stills that show women with beards; is it not obvious that their hair is simply bouncing up to the face and chin area? I 100% believe in the paranormal, but these beards cannot be explained any other way from where I'm sitting. Do you have any reason to believe that it is not their own hair, which is absent from the shoulders, and can be seen moving to and from in subsequent frames?

There is nothing paranormal about this film-that's what you get when you transfer hand cranked film at 16-18 frames per second onto a format that has to have 24 fps.Still, it is an interesting effect, and the accidental overlapping of womens' hair into "beards" or other facial distortions looks pretty cool! I like this kind of shit and can't wait to see it- if I can find it anywhere to rent or buy.

I'd probably see demons too if I used the amount of coke this guy does. While filming this movie on location at this old hotel, another director was making a documentary and happened to film this guy talking about his 'philosophy' on movie making. Despite his erratic behaviour, constant sniffing and a bunch of lines of coke sitting next to him on the table, he denied he was on coke. Maybe it's just me, but using coke may be the reason he is seeing things like demons and such, call me crazy.

omg, seriously, this is pathetic, the bearded man is nothing more than the woman's hair wrapping around the face, you can clearly see it frame by frame, ANYONE who has long hair and starts shaking their head frantically will create the same effect, theres NOTHING ghostly in any of your frames, i could film a family holiday and i could watch it all frame by frame, and theres always gonna be times where people looked morphed, they are just optical illusions because of the speed they move.

I know of the still photographer who worked on the Short with the title Birth of Babylon. She showed me about 5 photos showing plasma ball right next to Jennifer Tilly's head in a close up. Also some plasma swirling mist in a hallway. She also mentioned that some equipment was knock about when there was no persons nearby. Most of the crew felt something paranormal was going on in this house. Her photos are by far more impressive than what I've seen in this video. Canawati, do you have them?

The story is told from Valentino's POV. A struggling actress obsessed with him hires a witch to envoke his spirit and he begins telling the story. It begins as we follow Valentino to America where he, through a series of relationships, ends up in Hollywood. From there, the story is told through his eyes and we splinter off into several stories: The Fatty Arbuckle scandal, Clara Bow's wild parties, and many others...you'll have to wait for the rest. Wouldn't want to spoil it for ya!
