Whenever I issue my proclamation regarding covers, which is that it must be done either as close to the original as possible or in a completely different manner, this is the example I use for the latter. Great rendition.
I recall learning this on my acoustic (by ear) very early after the album was leaked onto the intarweb (shhh), and always thought it was such a brilliant gem, and felt I knew how it might have felt to hear it when Yorke first presented it to the band...just his voice, and strumming...(doubtful it happened that way ofc eheh), but I felt a glimpse here almost of an earlier (and brilliant) version with your cover. I didn't want to stay through to the end, but was unable to stop listening...
Beautiful arrangement and great vocals... I came looking for a cover with instrumentation and found this. Such a good version I hardly miss the dominant drums in the original. Well Done!
you guys rock! i absolutely love the album version, but this guitar is plain sweet. the singer has a beautiful voice, the only thing is, the enunciation doesn't really fit the song/thom yorke's style. but still, you guys are awesome, keep on rockin!

I made a remix of this song, it's on my channel page or search for "backdrifts chronosphere" and listen to it if you like.
Sorry for spamming this here but some of you might be interested.
It might be too weird and experimental for some though ;-)

This is completely gorgeous. Backdrifts is one of my favorite radiohead songs, and also quite hard to transpose. Amazing work

Great! Ethereal and funky at the same time. Sounds like you all have nice chemistry together. I like how everyone floats over the bassist's groove.
