Hi Skip - here in the UK most folk now prefer a "Swoe" - for the flower bed or veg patch -- but I still find the oscillating hoe best for hard ground.
Thank you for posting this Video. I couldn't find the Diamond Head hoe, but I did find a really good winged hoe! I put it to the test and posted the video. For me it was easier than the stirrup hoe in this "wonderful" Texas clay soil :-)
