This movie was too artsy fartsy for me. And I'm glad that chick got her head blown off at the end, she was a real cunt to her husband, instead of helping him she abandoned him AND let her child die while having an affair, scumbag.

I don't get this ending because I didn't see the part of the film that pertains to this? Who is that lady and why does it show her calling Bomber? Is Bomber the dog that Sam Rockwell's character released before committing suicide?

The lady calling out for Bomber is Sam Rockwell's character's mom. And yes, Bomber is the dog he released
