From an outsider it seems that black people are fixated on the importance of their race.
I'm white and i have several cousins who are mixed race (white/jamaican) and he played football with me the other day and him and his mates were constantly talking about their race, "we're black and beautiful", "let's give them (other team) a black attack".

Europeans are show to have good intellectual ability and physiques, but their skin is less tolerant of sunlight. Well no matter what your trying to reach for you cannot dispute the facts. IQ tests show that Africans score 70 compared to whites 100. You say the test is biased? The test directly correlates with accomplishments of individuals and even more so as groups as a whole. That is why they were enslaved, think about it. I'd hate to try to argue blacks as more intelligent, it's just not true. That would be like me arguing whites are more athletic. Each race has it's own advantages.

The truth is that from my personal observation, i've had numerous racist comments made towards me as a white person, yet i have never directed a racist comment to any person.
I'll clarify my orginal comment ending with "Black people need to move on", what i mean is, out of my 15 VERY close friends nobody has a bad thing to say about black people, yet my 2 mixed raced cousins have nothing but bad words towards whites.
So statistically from my experience *most* white people have moved on.

The racism may have been 600 years in the making, but black people (i don't know what the prefered label for the black race is) have nobody to blaim now. The opinions of white people 600 years ago or even 50 years ago are not shared by the majority now.
Things like "whites only" signs, i can't comprehend how any white person could justify doing that to any race, it's ludicrious, it doesn't even make sense. I think the majority of racist white people are very old and will die soon!

Surely redlining is calculated by statistics? A businessman has to protect his investment, would you lend a large sum of money to someone you didn't know in an area renowned for not paying back debt?
Again, i *think* poor white areas would be subject to the same discrimination as black areas.
I can see this subject will be a continuous loop, but try and remember that racism works both ways.

Studies have shown that redlining and other forms of credit denial are based purely on pre-conceived notions and race, NOT someones proven ability to handle debt. This is why blacks WITH THE SAME credit score often pay higher rates than their white counterparts.
Pull your head out of the sand. This country once had FEDERAL LAWS denying blacks of basic human rights. Why would that just die off in 60 years?

Perhaps, but there are now federal laws AGAINST racial discrimination, so a company would be taking a huge risk having such a policy in place.
It's a sad thought if the above mentioned practices are taking place, but i was more referring to the white race as individuals, i've never voted to envorce discrimination and i don't think 99.9% would.
Do you have any articles or evidence which has exposed this racial redlining? I'd like to read about it and see how the authorities dealt with it.

Surely white people are also suffering from the things you speak of, most of my family live in poor areas and are in debt.
There's only only thing that can get anyone out of this situation when they have nobody to support them and that's to educate themselves and get good jobs to get themselves out of the slums. That's what i'm doing, government/family has never helped me.

No race is equal. All have different advantages and weaknesses. Eastern Asians are shown to have larger brain capacities, longer life spans, but smaller physiques. Europeans are show to have good intellectual ability and physiques, but their skin is less tolerant of sunlight. Africans are shown to have stronger and taller physiques, their skin allows them to handle the heat and sunlight well, however their brain capacity is a bit lower than Eastern Asians, Europeans, etc. It is natural selection
