  • The monkey grips on the wrists is a huge no-no. DON'T EVER EVER DO THAT!! you need to be using full grips on wrists while standing. There is no need to try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to standing grappling. There are plenty of people in this world already well versed in it. Besides that huge mistake, the rest of the tech is spot on.

  • typical jiu-jitsu takedowns...just train arm drags to single or doubles for explosion..u jiu-jitsu guys need that
