  • Man this looks exactly like Civil Air Patrol... Well I guess if you're more into infantry, USAC is better... but Search and Rescue and Flying, CAP would be better. But this looks like an awesome program!

  • I'd absolutely love more information on Cadets, but I can't seem to find any. Can you help? Much obliged either way.

  • Im a Lance Corporal in the ACF (Army Cadet Force) over in the UK. Looks canny good but you Yanks need to learn some propper drill :)

  • :) Can't wait till I go!

  • I wish australian army cadets was like that :( ..riding blackhawks..well basically that's it...just blackhawks....

  • Impressive, but you need to see my ACF troop drill. You Yanks don't look as professional as we do.

No offence. It's just they way you lot do things.

  • Woah, they get real guns! In canada they make you wear this crappy OD shit (witch our military calls rags)

+ we get to walk around with plastic/wood airguns...i hope you guys appricate what you have, cuz you could be in my position.

  • who is going to BLC this year?

  • Hey do you really need good grades to join, I mean the website said that but I dont know if its true, can someone please describe "good"

  • no you dont need good grades to join i am a (c )student and i had no problem geting in.

  • 2.00(C) or better

  • @the bullet80 good grades are at least b or b+

  • Oh Gosh... those Cadets that were standing at "Attention" were moving their eyes and heads around. That is horrible.

Anyway, I'm thinking about joining Army Cadets and to continue with Civil Air Patrol (CAP). The thing that is great about CAP is that you can fly planes yourself. I don't know what they do with O-Flights in Army Cadets.

    -C/A1C S. Lunsford, CAP

    United States Air Force

    MER - WV - 020

    Semper Vigilans

  • I'm in the RCAC(Royal Canadian Army Cadets) I'm a Mcpl , and i just wish that we had great stuff lke that, and i just want the US Forces talk to Canadian forces about this, so we would also have fun.

This video is really good , and keep up the good work cadets.

  • Im a CPL in the ACF (armt cadet force) in England and i've got to say im kinda impressed with what you guys are doin over there, i mean we've already got exchanges going in Canada but we should start doin exchanges with you guys that would be somthing and I fell its about time you Americans learned some propper British millitary drill.

  • how old do you have to be to get into this? cuz i see like kids with those rifles! i think i wanna go to this

  • Nice to see young people joining up in this.Military Drill and Training should be apart of the Educational system.

These Cadets could save lives, save our country.

  • ima try to join this summer....im a little nervous

  • where do i singh up at and is it ture you have to pay and is it free for the summer? please respond

  • I live in Canada, I'm 15, I'm in shape and the military has been my greatest interest in life. I want to fight in the US Army when I'm older and this seems like a great start!

Is it possible for me to join? If so, then how?

  • Im a British CCF cadet (To any British cadets they weill know) this looks quite good but do you guys to section attacks or a kinda assualting the enmy based thing with blanks??

  • This year its my first time going. The USAC is one of the few that is really hard.

  • im in the cadet allience as a staff sergent and its amazing and u guys will love it

  • i wish canadian army cadets was like that

  • mee too

  • Same. In Canadian cadets we don't do as much field stuff like in this vid. Maybe it's a lack of money or staff. Who knows...

  • @justtryingtolive0 lol i was just thinking that

  • omg i love the accents btw lol ^^ im in the acf :DD was that a m4a1 i saw :S :O it looks so cool but im in england so =s

  • is this only for the summer or can you join a local unit or something?

    ps. someone please respond

  • Yes, you can join a local unit or be in a unit called the Individual Training Company (ITC)...

  • how do you join and where is it?

  • I'm currently in the Royal Canadian Army Cadets as a Corporal and plan on joining the Canadian Forces Army Reserve next year, cadets is pretty cool got alot of opportunities.

  • i was in the australian army cadets 31acu for 2 years and it was the best time of my life.

  • OMG! I wish canadian cadets were like that ! : (

  • Im a cadet lance corporal in the Australian armed forces, it is sponsered by the Australian department of Defence and the Australian armed services. just about everyone in my company are looking for a job career in the Australian army. I guess it prepares you for the military life ahead of you. im looking to be in cadets for 3-4 more months then when im 16 i can join a special training unit. im looking at a job in the RAAC 2nd cavalry, after college.

    cadet lc A.H. company 507, 52nd battalion

  • How do you join?

  • no it does not i was in this program i was a recruit in it it is sponsored by the boy scouts of America and the national guard i know its not cool to be in with something like the boy scouts but it is more sponsored by the national guard its fun but i was only in for two meetings my ride had quit going so i had no ride :( tear tear i recommend it

  • how old do u have to be to enter

  • im going yo do this during the summer and i am 14 you can be 12 on

  • hey man im going to be ding it this summer too man. i am also 14 so we might meet each other. the whole concept is still confusing to me but nonetheless it looks pretty cool

  • Im 14 too, do you know what state its in? Im goin this summer

  • does this mean u got to go into da us army if ya join this??

  • Nope, no requirement or commitment to go in the Army. Its an opportunity to learn about the Army (jobs, way of life, etc) w/o the enlistment before you enlist. Lot of cadets go in the military, but many do not.

  • HOOAH

  • hey im a new recruit this summer and i cnat wait im so thankful to be part of one of the most hardcore military camps.

  • They all look much older than British army cadets

  • this looks well different to the army cadets in england.

  • Why is it an Aliance?

  • Because, the ACA has a Navy and Marine Cadet Corps. But due to less than 15% of the ACA being either of those branches, they are disestablishing the USMCC and USNCC. The USACC will be the ACA's primary focus from now on.

  • O_O I just noticed...ACA cadets are allowed to wear the U.S. Flag!?

  • Even i have to admit it better than the ACF

  • How long is the course?

  • I just received a scholarship to the ACA BCT this summer. I'm so thankful for this and I can't wait to be out there this summer.

  • hey i'm in the civil air patrol and i just wanted to know if i could still do both? in what month does cadet basic traing take?

  • Hey guys, I'm thinking of doing basic cadet training this summer. Can anyone here who's done it before tell me what it's like, and what kinda stuff you do, b/c i can't tell in the video if most of the stuff they do is BLC or BCT. If you can help me out, post on my profile. Thanks a lot.
