What mod's do you have on that 2003 besides 90 horse injectors and that 66 turbo? That is a damn good looking truck. I'm looking to push the limits of my little 62/71/13... hoping for Mid 500's.

what exhaust system does that 2nd gen have on it, it looks badass, what was the rating on it- by the way Both trucks look fuckin great gotta love a dodge with a cummins

5 or 6 speed? My old 03 5 speed did 526 with a SB66, but on a completely stock fuel system. Peak boost 55lbs, stock bolts. Heck with wastegating, let it get to operating temp and push some psi! bShould be able to push 60+ before worrying on that truck.

mine is a 6spd i dont want to push my luck because i believe there is more then 55 possible with what little fuel i do have it clamped the wastegate hose off and got in it about half way and the boost gauge went straight to 48psi.

Do you have injectors in it? I think you'll be hard pressed to get much more than 55psi +/- with a 66.

yes i do have injectors in it they are ddp90's sorry i worded it wrong i think i can hit 55 once the head is studded im gonna plug the wastge off.

Sounds good. I love the sound of the 03/04's. They sound so much better than the 04.5+ motors, a bit deeper I think.

Having a standard kind of sucks for racing though! lol

yes the gear jammer can be a little unforgiving but i can get through them fairly well.

hey i have a 95 12v cummins and i took the fuel plate out, put a 5in exhaust on it, and an intake and i was wondering how much hp u think im putting down. im hitting about 35 to 40 pounds of boost

im not real familiar with the 12v but i would guess aroung 275-300 if that is 35 with the stock turbo have you advanced the timing any?

just to let you know, past 35 pounds of boost on that stock turbo all your doing is blowing hot air into the motor. its a good way to blow the turbo.

Its 40psi and its not hot air it still runs through the intercooler so its cold.....with a diesel you dont want lots of boost presser you just want the volume

4inch turbo back mbrp no muffler the turbo made the biggest differance in sounds htt super street 66/71/14
