@FabiusPyromanus It's a breathing technique from yoga, not sure of the specific name but it involves using only the diaphragm to breath. Notice how his shoulders stay relatively still while he breaths very deep, shallow breaths are taken when we only use the rib cage therefore we don't take in as much oxygen. I only know that it is a tremendous exercise for all round health. look up diaphragmatic breathing.
