Wrappers that you buy do not work properly, they NEVER stick to themselves like in the different 'how to' videos I've seen, it always comes loose and just makes a mess.

@DearestPanda Its easy. Take all purpose flour or refined wheat flour. Add some salt according to your taste. Slowly add enough water to make a dough not too soft as it may collapse after filling. That's how you make a dumpling dough.
basically have ground meat, ginger , salt, oil, pepper, chopped scallions, then u mix all the ingredients and then wrap it with the dumpling skin, and boil it [ u know its cooked when the dumbplings are floating instead of being on the bottom of the pot ]

It IS yellow.. but when you cook it it turns sort of clearlike.. thats how you know it's done cooking :) well.. when you boil it, idk about frying :)
