Just for fun, I looked into the origin of the phrase "Smarty Pants". Dictionaries define it as
a "smart-aleck". It turns out there are two opinions for it, as it is directed at children:
(1) A child who is "too big for his britches" - thus his pants are too tight, and they "smart". (This *could* also explain the "scholar's" high-pitched voice.)
(2) A taunt directed at a child who is improperly potty-trained. (This child's pants "smart" for a very different reason.)
I sincerely hope the first meaning is the one that applies in this case. Otherwise, poor Bryan may have had a bigger mess to clean up in his office than we realize... ;)
Thanks for your videos. I now use the KJV exclusively and feel the Spirit of God like never before. I've went KJV only before, then slowly i start using other versions, but something keeps nudging at me to research further. It's like God didnt just lead me away from modern versions all at one time, He wanted to show me WHY i shouldnt use them. The KJV has stood the test of time with flying colors. People talk about it like its just another version. No way! It's in a league all of its own
And there are those who are saying that we K.J.B believers have got no brains.Yeah right.I think the ones without brains are the ones who believe in these perversions.

@orbasmify Its sad that most who use modern versions are not even aware of whats missing and messed up in their perversion. I'll tell them for example that 1 John 5:7 is gone/footnoted in nearly all modern bibles, and they look surprised, almost like im trying to destroy their faith. Its strange.

I haven't watched all of your videos yet, but can you give me some info on the NKJV? I like using it along with the KJV. When I read both I feel about the same spiritually. I do see hints of the Alexandrian manuscripts in the NKJV, but the overall feel and text is light years closer to the KJV. Is using it to "clear up" some of the difficult KJV verses really so bad? Is the KJV being written in other languages? If yes, how are certain english words being translated into words of other languages?
Yeah, the fatuity of it all in providing Bibles in English to correct or to set aright (so they say) the A.V. (K.J.V.) Bible gets a stern upbraiding when you come on the scene and give Dr. Smart E. Pants a kick in the back of the robe where he should have been wearing pants (trousers). This boils the issue down to the bare essential, which is, don't give these pedants the time of day! Make 'em feel as silly as these super-silly geese really are.
Just so you know, my two older kids (aged 5 & 3) are in love with Dr Pants! They have literally been in fits since I showed them the video last night. By the end of next week you're video views will be into the tens of thousands!
I can't wait until the next one. Judging by your t-shirt, I expect to see you break out one of those Husqvarna chain saws on your next "revised version". LOL
