Charlie Sheen, Willem Dafoe, and last but not least - Tom Beringer and many others, make this film about Vietnam really come to life. This movie is a classic and certainly one of Oliver Stone's best works along side of JFK.Whoever decided to use Barber's Adagio as the main theme music for the movie is a master of msical selection. The story beomes more moving and haunting because of this excerpt and variations on the theme.
