Most Chinese restroom are very dirty. I went to China about 3 years ago and I went to Shanghai shopping district. I wanted to use a restroom in the mall so I went in the restroom. OMG it was like this video clip except it did not have water flush. It was stinked like hell. They collected human waste to use as fertilizer on their farms, so it was the disgusting thing ever. My uncle visited one of the farms and he said that they sprayed it everywhere.Guess what they attracted gazillion housefly ew

I meant to say "see their poop float down the trough(?) to the drain at the other end". Maybe that's why the girl was screaming in the video xD

LOL, these kind of toilets in China are the scariest... They flush at different intervals and if someone went number two in the stall in front of you, you can see their poop... >: This is why you choose the first one if it's not occupied.

Most bathrooms in wildlife tourist spots don't have doors. You basically just squat down and try to cover yourself up. And they're almost always filled with spider webs. Very creepy, although I know they keep it to get rid of the other insects...

Last "urinal" I used in China was a trough like that which ran out a hole in the wall on the side of building which lead to a nearby creek. It didn't flush; whatever you dumped in there simply flowed downhill.
