Genial,I'm Mexican but I'm a US citizen by birth and my parents are from the state of Jalisco.It's good to see an eastern culture appreciate my peoples' culture.It reminds me that fellow western cultures like the US or Canada are not the only ones who have a liking to Mexico's culture.

I think some of you are confused, just because their is a hispanic festival does NOT mean if your hispanic and go there you are going to get a welcome wagon. Japan is still like 98-99% asian and if you go there a foreigner, you will stick out like someone with their pants unzipped. Not deterring anyone from going just be realistic lol.

I visited Japan during 2008 at kyoto and kagoshima, I met with a colombian and mexican and it was fun being able to talk spanish with them when I am better with English and spanish lol.
