you CAN kill civilians with cars in this game. because im a sick and twisted individual with no social skills, i devoted an entire night with my friend to figuring out how to mow people down with vehicles. turns out if they see you coming and go into their "panic" mode, you cant hit them. but if you catch them off guard and theyre still just walking when you hit them, youll run them over.

this is best accomplished by veering off the road at the last second

@IxStealthyNinja honestly never tried it in free roam, but i think you can only draw ur gun at specific times in a mission

@fackpootube Correct- although they will die if hit hard enough with a vehicle.

@ShawnBellic You can only draw your gun at very specific times. You don't have the option to pull your gun randomly while wandering around the city. You can, however, run people over at will while driving. That's always a good time, but will greatly reduce your score at the end of a case.

@IGWTVideo Unless your are in free roam...then you can kill people if they want. But it would be nicer to be able to pull your gun out at random times and shoot at peds without the free roam restarting.
