I think I counted 12 stomps--just to make one cut? What a lot of work. Why not just use a mitre saw. That device looks like something you'd use at the gym or kickstarting an uncooperative old bike.
If I had a frame cutter I would probably already know how to cut frames with it and if I gave it to someone with a frame cutter then I wouldn't need to know.
Oh I see, twelve stomps = 2 cuts, not one. Still, Brendan's comment is a good one. Most people won't have access to such a machine.
