nobber is a term i regularly use to describe my boss, so I use the word nobber, although I tend to spell it knobber. Oh and he really is, I also like to sing melodies from popular songs substituting the 'la's and 'dum's and 'dee's for the word 'Knob'. You should try it, it's great for morale.
