For my own personal experience, there is no home remedy. A bucket of ice water is only temporary. Cherries, Apple Vinegar, Baking Soda, and Celery Seed does not seem to work for immediate results. Only Ibuprofen and Indomethincin makes a siginifcant difference. Stop drinking alcohol.
