it started swirling right above my house

the tornado had to be a f2 at first but then when it hit the lows it was just a f0 because it hit the hill there so it like grined on the hill so it came weeker

You did end up being right though cuz they did label it as either an F1 or F2

you can't judge a tornado's strength just by looking at it. It has nothing to do with size, but strength.
