I'm a huge cage fan and don't see what was so wrong with the video? It's obvious what the song is about, however Idk if it's a personal experience or, as @therev66 stated, merely a story.Regardless, it's an amazingly dark and graphic song that evokes complex emotions. Well done.

Cool video, worked well. And the song isn't about hip hop lol. It's just a concept song about a guy taking care of his sick girlfriend. Cage was just showcasing his talent in story telling. Not everything is a metaphor. Is dawn of the dead really about hip hop and and all of the struggling artist attacking record labels like zombies only to have their heads blown off before they have an opportunity?
