@BaDoNkAdOnK16 false sir ... that particular transmission has never had anything bigger than a 3.8 on it until 2005 when they put the gxp into production. they did have the supercharged one though.
@swordscream Have you ever had this tranny apart? I have, and seen it first hand. While some of the components and the "base" is the same as the V6 trans, it's got some hardened components like the pump shaft, it's also got a different diff than the v6. It's not bullet proof by any means, and anyone building a V6 or V8 FWD in a Grand Prix that is serious about power, should be building a performance tranny.
Respond to this video... hard to argue there .. I have this car and never taken anything apart under the hood ... the specs on the car say that its the same tranny as the 3.8 ... regardless it doesnt have any trouble pulling the 310 horses it comes with.
where did u get the hardware and turbo from did u put them on yourself bc the down pipes do they need to be welded? bc online i cant find any turbos that will fit it....
That doesn't make sense? If it is a Gxp it would have been the ls4. Unless it's a Gtp with the original 3.8 supercharged.

Not sure who you're getting your info from, the car is tuned using HPTuners, there's no issue's at all tuning the car.
