I've been looking for this for a while now, I've always remembered "Scuttlebutt what a nut big nut (doo doo) such a nut in his backyard" (which to my surprise didn't actually appear in the video, but the line at the end is close enough).

I always call the annoying blue mole-thing in Crash Bandicoot 2 Scuttlebutt because it remindes me of him for some reason. XD

For anyone with doubts though, this was on Teletoon.
