Thirdly, I am aware that "homeboy" is not "home + boy" but the conceptual signs I thought of to replace it did not seem quite appropriate.

Fourthly, and finally, I hope you have some tissues handy, because your students are gonna suck alot worse than I do when they start learning ASL.

@lilcherubx It's cool, everyone has their moments sometimes. Most of my other translations are less PSE, it's a process. I learned SEE first because that is what the deaf people I communicate with use, and I'm trying to learn ASL slowly. Doing these songs really helps me in that process. It forces me to think more conceptually rather than in terms of English.
