  • odd question.. can cats have epidural? lol..

  • was she not interested in the kittens or why did you pick up kitten 1? Even if mom steps on it...its fine. She was also cleaning it...not eating it. LOL

  • Pick her up and feel the stomach. If she is bulky there, shes preggo.

  • damn she overreacted

  • damn she over reacted

  • i was like son of a bitch iz dat cat qonna eat the baby i need to call 911

  • FOR ME CATS ARE CUTER THAN ANYONE ELSE! :))

  • This is so beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing it! My cat is an indoor cat,but she ran away for a night about two and a half weeks ago. She was in heat at the time. How did you guys know that she was pregnant? Did she act differently? Some of the websites say that the nipples are the first indicator, but she won't let me look at them. I wouldn't even know what to look for... Any suggestions???

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA 4/20

  • Awww, they're so cute! I feel bad for the first one. Getting thrown around like that by his/her mother.

  • omg! its gunna step on the little one

  • You shouldn't have done anything. You should've left her to give birth by herself. She didn't need any help. Animals give birth all the time. SHe would only eat it if it was dead, BTW.

  • Seven kittens! She gave birth to the Von Trapp family! I would organize them into a choir and teach them to meow Edelweiss and Do Re Mi.

  • Haha she isnt gonna eat it, shes just licking off the guck...you probally knew that....

  • My cat may be going into labor but its taking a long time how did it take for your cat to give birth. She is sooo restless and constantly wants to be with me.

  • did she eat it?!!?!?!?

  • aw cute my cat hade two kittens :)

  • "Graphic scenes of Cat Birth..." - Quite possibly the best combination of words on youtube. Fantastic video :)

  • did you make the box for her or she made it on her own and went to have kittens there???

I am not sure whether i have to make a nest for my cat or not cus she is an outdoor cat and i'm afraid she will have the kittens in a place that can be hazardous for her kittens...

  • Yes, we made her the box, she's not that smart. It was right next to our bed, we were just lucky she didn't hide and have them, she came to us and we put her in there..

Ours was an outdoor cat too, but as soon as we found out she was pregnant, she became an indoor cat.

  • @aisumi123 I had an outdoor cat to and her home was the shed. When I found out she was pregnant I made her a bed and very luckily she actually had the kittens in there!

  • she wanted to clean it not eat it,y would a cat mother eat her baby?LOL

  • they have been known to eat their own before. Just google it.

  • @hankmap jes jes they have

  • @hankmap that's why I don't like felines, they are above us in the food chain.. cats are just a bonsai reminding of our predators... that's why some humans feel adversion towards them and are not confortable around them.

No matter how much I try to like them, I find them repulsive, deceitful and I hate the fact that they fit into every hole and crack and can show up without warning.

So I gave up on cats, I'd reather not have them because I wouldn't care for them as I should.

  • @princessothmus It can happen dear , I once had a cat that did it.. dont know why but she did :(...

  • Chill out O.o' The cat can handle it better than you

  • Awesome vid! And the kitties are cute!

  • I think your set up was great and that you gave her plenty of space and let her get on with it. well done 5 stars congratulations and i hope both mother and kitten's (cat's now) are doing well :)

  • i acually need to study this eh? im making a book about cats for school so i need to see graphics! and im only 12

  • oh gawd that happy but the kittens sorta look ugly. How are they though?

  • what do you expect they are newborns??

  • Just because they're newborn dont mean they HAVE to be ugly.

  • AWW!

  • I bet she was tired. Cute kittens!

  • Your cat looks similar to mine. She's very cute. The babies were also cute. (She wasn't gonna eat it. Just lick it clean and eat the sac it was in in her body.)

  • No she's not going to eat it calm down it's just that they automatically reach to eat the placenta because it provides nutrients for her to get her body to start producing milk at a faster rate. Basically telling the body to do its job. She won't sit on it either.

  • Congratulations! And nice video quality!

  • Enjoyed your video of your cat and her newborn kittens! Glad you let nature take its course by letting 'mom' cat lick her own babies clean. That's a cats nature so you shouldn't do that. She won't step on her own babies so don't worry. Great soothing music too. *Congrats*
