Deparle doesn't present any evidence that doctors will be paid different salaries. Instead, she broadly negates the email's claim, then goes on to present nongermane information about how salaries will "grow over time." Note, "grow over time," not remain differentiated. --- It seems that many otherwise bright individuals in our nation have turned their brains to "idle." Think.
