I gotta say I think I like the halolll better, I mean if I was in the middle of the jungle and needed a combat/ survival knife I would deff go with the newer one. But I just like the look of that old one

@arkangel8419 HALO 3 is dope, it's a very intimidating knife, and all black so you can't see it, in fact most people probably would not recognize that it was a switchblade just looking at it. It's big enough in my opinion, no need to size up your getting whatever job done with that knife

In fact, it seems like speeds are equal allright. When the speed for a bigger blade such as the halo V should be faster.

By length/speed ratio, the halo V IS slower.

So it's not really me.

@cubixthe which point is better for self defence would you say? i'd assume the drop point but others have said the tanto, which do you think is the bettter point for self defence cubixthe?

@WejYllemS That depends what do You consider "self defence". You can easily kill with the Nemesis, no doubt about it but it's good only for that (stabbing). If You want to injure a person with a slashing motion the HALO would do a better job (blade mass, obrupt edges etc). Sorry for the brutal facts ;) My advice is - train sprint running, You'll save Yourself alot of trouble with that option ;)

@cubixthe :PPPPPP NEMESIS's are sold out everywhere or not sold at all im wondering this is because their terrible knives and microtech has stopped mass producing them and companys are not purchasing them due to the fact their is a flaw with this product?

Yes it's the TacDrive, won that in a knife design contest - our Tad dealer convinced the Tad guys to ship it overseas ;) (it's an non export item). Yeah, the Halo V is a great seller ;)

That HALO 5 would make a great EDC. LOL!

Because there wasn't one, some treat the Hawksbill HALO as the HALO4 but only a few prototypes were made I believe.
