Worse still, the entire area is desertified thus, the nuclear fallout will spread to all of Iran's Shia allies in Syria, Gaza, Bahrain, S. Arabia and Lebanon probably even to Iran itself making the entire region uninhabitable?

That's a lie and you know that. Iran wasn't supporting any "terrorist organisation" when you overthrew their democratically elected govt. They weren't doing it when you installed the Shah, when you shot down their passenger jet over the straits of Hormuz. In fact, it was Henry Kissinger who first espoused the "nukes for peace" plan i.e. to help Iran build nuclear power plants in exchange for peace with Israel and the US and it was Germany who started the nuke plant at Natanz.

The nature of the former regime does not affect that of the latter's. I'm not sure if you understand what we're talking about here, but it's whether the current regime is dangerous. It's not less so because the Shah was dangerous (it may be more so).

The theocratic regime which the anti-Semitic Ahmadinejad heads is deeply tied with active terrorist organizations like Hezbollah and Hamas. If this regime obtains nuclear weapons, I believe the chance that it falls in the hands of one of the aforementioned terrorists is high. They will not hesitate to use it.
