Look on the bright side...that coyote, if it reproduces.....it'll screw up your hunt tenfold in the long run.....short term disturbance for longe term solution...well done.

That was a great hunt and shot. I was in Iowa at the same time last year with four of my friends, and we are all from MI. We had a blast. My buddy shot a 11pt that scored 154". It would have been better but like in your video it was windy and unseasonably warm. We were hunting on state land also.

No you can't feed them in Iowa, plus not a great way to shoot a good buck anyway. Way more fun to try and figure out where they are naturally moving and set up to ambush them there.

I do have a couple other hunting videos as well, I will keep adding more, i have several older hunts that i need to get on here as well, just right now i'm spending any extra time editing stuff for the TV show, so it will be a little while, check out the other videos i do have for now.

As for where i hit it, double lung and just clipped the top of the heart, the best possible shot, the good G5 broadheads help as well

Nice kill, what are you shooting with? I went this year in january didn't get anything due to a new bow...didnt break it in yet...my uncles here in new mexico got a 12 and an 8 point...those were the biggest the family got way more but those were the highlights...I feel good though because 2 days ago we had got 4 barbery sheeps here...never hunted them before strong things...funner then hunting deer if you know how.
