@cardmastad well wight now i only workout a couple days a week because of football, im mainly just trying to maintain muscle so i stick with power cleans, bench, n squats. i also super set those with alternate exercises like dumbbell flies for bench, jump roping with power cleans, and single leg leg presses for squats.
On the research I have done it suggests that endomorphs shouldn't drink milk if they can avoid it because of the lactose in dairy.And as you said yourself we are very insulin sensitive.just wanted your thoughts on that.great videos though.
@pughmeister69 if ur trying to diet for a bodybuilding show, id say stay away from it, but if ur trying to just lose weight in general to look better, the positive effects of milk outweigh the negative ones.

@btownshreds1 i was asked to do a video on what i normally eat in a day as an example for other people to know what another endomorph may eat while trying to lose weight. i just did it as an example as to food ideas and portions that i personally eat.
@jknight672005 that happens to everyone, ur body becomes acclimated to it and the effects arent as strong anymore. i advise that u go off it for like 2 weeks or so n when u start back up ull be feeling the effects better again.

Another question I have been taking jack for the last 2 months and I am getting off, I feel like crap the last two mornings. Any helpful tips to push through? One more question how should I be working out, I have a new workout partner who has been lifting for for years. I have just turn 31 and I played d1-aa football so I have workout for years and remembered what I have learned.

i watched your video about endomorphs biology and i was wondering if a carb blocker supplement like BSN Cheaters Relief would be effective for endomorphs to manage carbs and encourage more usage of fat for energy??
@aka2010ism idk too much about that supplement, but the body just doesnt work like that, if that supplement says it uses fat over carbs for energy, they are probably lying. id advise one of the fat burners that ive used n have done reviews on.
Are you going to take your shirt off and give us some poses? We usually only see you from the shoulders up and it would be good to see what sort of results you've been getting.
in terms of fat loss being an endomorph. What do your macros look like?
