@Joxman2k Cenk said that Santorum introduced and co-sponsored legislation in 2005 that would cap what a person suing a doctor could get to $250,000, even though 6 years earlier his wife sued for twice that. Now that's not opinion either it happened or Cenk's a liar. And if Cenk isn't a liar then Santorum shouldn't have sponsored a bill limiting what someone can win in a lawsuit against a doctor to a figure he doesn't believe is reasonable.

@genie0390 Well, this has nothing to do with your original statement, so I guess we've moved on from there. 1) It's well accepted that torture is a poor method of reliable information extraction 2) There are things more important than information - what kind of nation do you want to become? You can always go to the extremes, for example Vlaad the Impaler had virtually no crime - his methods were extremely effective, but that is dystopia I would not be interested in living in.

They also contracted it out to South Vietnamese agents, some of whom were psycopaths who used it as an excuse to murder people in sick ways. Do some research.
