The man is clearly audible during the entire video. Security cameras don't have microphones, so there would be no sound in a real CCTV video - as you can clearly see from watching actual recordings of other, legitimate incidents here on YouTube.

Even if the cameras did have microphones, the man is too far away to have been recorded so well.

This proves that microphones were intentionally positioned beforehand, and/or he might also be wearing one.
