Why not use goats milk instead of cows milk, and no cow bi products? I think this would be much safer and better for babies. Goats milk is closer to human, than cows.
What kind of cream do you buy? Is this something you can buy at the grocery store? Is it in powder or liquid form? Sorry for so many questions just ordered the kit to make baby formula want to make sure I have everything.
@GreylinRose: Thank you so much! So glad you could use the information. My little girl is 6 months now and still doing great on the formula. I desperately wanted to breastfeed, but was never able to due to medical reasons (found out later that my prolactin level was 12.8, instead of 150-200 like it should be when pregnant or breastfeeding). There is an excellent article (I think you can find it online in pdf format) called "Nourishing a Growing Baby". I has lots of great info and recipes, too.
thanks so much - I have the Nurishing Traditions book - just read about this as I am taking care of my grandson - and have never used formula before - would like to make this one.....
