Really..... go have a look at some maps of the Balkans pre 1913 and look at the ethnic composition of the region and you will see that Greeks lived predominantly south of Grevena and Macedonians lived in the area of the whole of historic Macedonia so how could your grandfathers have lived there, unless they were a minority in a village or something ??? This is made only for political reason, and because there is not opponent for long time that was adopted as some history. According to that "theory" the people migrated from the north to the south. The north of Europe, or northern hemisphere was in late Ice Age when the live started in southern site, actually the live started in the south. The people moved from south to north first. This process take thousands of years.

your boulgarian people had a problem in 1946 when the yugoslav communist leader tito desided that from know on they will be named macedonians ,they reacted back then , as they will react in the near future for their new identity whatever will be this time. it must be terible to be a huge nothing like you in a corner of the world that so much civilization flurished , but you have no right to use the the greek heritage of macedonia as yours . Europe is not yugoslavia

That is not a truth, even thats sound so silly and funny for all of them who know little more about so called "Yugoslav Socialist revolution". Tito didn't invited anything, not specially some nation. Fighting for Macedonian freedom is older then Tito's revolution in yugoslavia

Aegean Macedonia has only been Greek since 1913 when the Greeks occupied it at that time, the territory was populated with Macedonians not Greeks - just the facts.

First off Vardarska Banovina is what the Serbs called Macedonia after the river Vardar that flows through there they did this with all the Ex-Yugoslav states, 2nd we were only called Bulgarian, Serbian, Albanian, Greek etc. only by those people not ever by us because we knew who we were - Macedonians, 3rd we are self proclaimed Macedonians - which is our right btw - just like you are self proclaimed Greeks, our history does not suck its better than yours & our history started long before 1913 :)

But if we were Bulgarian how you said, not that what we are Macedonian, The Aegean part of Macedonia now will be Bulgarian, not Greek, i.e. never been belong to Greece think about that.
