How did you guys come up with the idea of Soul Shard?

It's just that you guys are very creative, good actors, nice special effect, and good camera angles. Keep up the amazing work :)

@Kingdom2469 Well, actually I wanted to shoot something with a lot of action and fighting sequences and I started out with two episodes without any script, it was when I started writting episode 3 that I actually came up with a story. That's why the begginning of the series is a little bit confusing.

wow the graphics look real smooth and doesn't look "cheap" at all.

As in the animation lines up perfectly with how the people move. GREAT JOB! Very few people who make videos seem to have a hard time doing that right.

As viper GTSr3 was saying, the effects look really nice, great job, the composition however needs some work. try lookin up the 180 rule, and the 30 degree rule, (camera techniques) if you use those, you wont need to use cross fades so much, cross fades are kinda cheap ways of avoiding jumpcuts. but good work.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm starting studying camera techniques to avoid this kind of trouble, but I'm still having a hard time doing so. That's why I'm always grateful for constructive criticism.

Great effects, however you guys might want to work on your film techniques. Special effects is one thing, but if the filming techniques are ignored, then the whole quality of the film is degraded.

Thanks for the effects. But I want to ask what you mean by film techniques. Do you meant camera position and movement? Editing?

Yes, I was referring to the camera positioning, movement, and angles. You have some camera angles down pat, but some other angles were awkward. Camera movement is pretty rocky, it'll throw people off when the movement isn't smooth. It makes them realize that they are looking at this through a camera. The editing could also have been improved as well by making scenes less choppy. Show only what needs to be shown, not unnecessary stuff like him fixing his hat. Unless they carry the story.

If you keep on watching you'll see that it's not special effects driven. It's just that the episodes will be short so you'll have to watch a lot of episodes to get the story right.
