Beer was discovered accidentally by Middle Easterners in 6000 BC. Beer was drank by all. It helped people get along and bond. It was a social drink. It was included in government food rations for adults AND children. And now, it's illegal unless you're 21. WHAT? 21?! That's retarded.

Make BEER (no hard liqour) legal for everyone 16 years or older. Seriously, only the idiots DUI.
