Fallen angels on the other hand have their own bodies and are able to materialize and de-materialize. Many people who study the Bible believe that demons are actually the disembodied spirits of the dead giants (Nephilim) which most of them were killed off in Noahs flood. They no longer have a body, but being half angel and half human, they still have a spirit. (this is all in the bible)
